Open MS Outlook Application > Click File > Info > Add Account

Enter your Outlook.com email address, click Connect.

Enter the password and click Sign in.

Click Next.

After successfully adding an account, click Done.

Microsoft respects your privacy window will open, click Next.

If you don’t want to send optional data about Office to Microsoft, then select No, don’t send optional data, and click “Accept.”

Click Done.

Outlook.com and Gmail.com are the accounts that have been added to MS Outlook 2019.

Click File > Info > under Account Information you will see both the accounts IMAP account for GMAIL and Microsoft Exchange account for Outlook.com
