How to create an email signature in Outlook
To create an email signature, open the MS Outlook application, click New Email > Signature, then “Signatures“.

Click “New” and enter the name for your signature then click “OK”.

Under Edit signature, type your signature and use the available format to configure more. Under Choose default signature, next to new messages, select your signature if you want your signature to appear at the bottom of all new email messages that you compose.
If you want your signature to appear on messages that you forward or reply to, then select your signature next to the Replies/Forwards field. If you are done with the settings, then click OK to save the changes.

How to manually add your signature to a new email
If you have configured the signature, but didn’t select to automatically add it to your new email, then you can follow the below steps.
In MS Outlook, click New Email > type your messages and then go to Signature and select your signature. It will insert the signature at the bottom of your email.

Add an image or logo to your email signature
In MS Outlook, click New Email > then select Signature > Signatures.
Select a signature that you want to add an image or logo to.
Select an Image Icon located on the right-side of the window and click Insert.

After inserting an image or logo, check other settings. When you are done, click OK and then OK again to save the changes to your signature.
